Putien, a Michelin-starred restaurant from Singapore, has finally arrived in the Philippines! The much-awaited opening was held at SM Mall of Asia last October 26, 2018.
Guests were treated to a sumptuous meal consisting of Putien’s signature dishes such as Braised Beancurd with Minced Pork, stir-fried kang kong, and of course, the world-famous Hainanese Chicken Rice.
Owner Andrew Tjioe was all smiles as he welcomed guests and gave a short speech about his love for Filipino food. “I’ve been coming to the Philippines for many years now and I’ve always enjoyed Filipino food. I’m very happy to be able to bring Putien to the Philippines and share our food with everyone,” he said.
